2026–2030
The plan guides the Board, staff, volunteers and partners. It is supported by annual workplans and budgets and is reviewed each year. Figures are planning amounts rather than guarantees of spending or funding.

Care for Dal an Duie, its community woodland and the Doocot through responsible management, access and biodiversity work.

Deliver practical improvements to public areas, maintenance, drainage, access, planting and presentation.

Test land, options, need, cost, income, operation and funding before any major commitment or final design.

Help residents access suitable schemes, improve local evidence and work with housing and energy partners.

Support regular events, learning, volunteering and opportunities for people of different ages to take part.

Maintain sound finances, effective governance, clear communication, useful partnerships and annual review.
The plan is reviewed annually. Projects may move at different speeds, and major work must pass clear decision points before significant spending or delivery.
