There are 6-8 scheduled board meetings annually attended by GCDA’s elected board and appropriate Executive Team team members. Board minutes will require signing off at the subsequent meeting before they are made available for public viewing.
AGM Minutes
GCDA holds its annual general meeting (AGM) each year in late spring. The meeting is open to all, but only registered members have voting rights on constitutional matters. Minutes from the AGM will be posted here shortly after the meeting but will not be signed off until the following AGM.
